There is so much in this little mind
Take time out to know nothing but yourself 
And that's when you feel top of the world.
Don't let the adventure of life break calmness in you.

Calm,connect and stay with the breath.
Observe the Breathe.
Let the body relax and most importantly 
let your "MIND" only focus on the way the breathe naturally flow.

In that state even for 2 mins you connect with your ownself, 
not letting your MIND wander around with so 
so many things but your ownself,
Your soul and your breath.
