because if you become financially well off,you can't be controlled ,and you can't be manipulated as they say you.

When you're a good , new to your job,you stay in your boss's company and make them rich, instead of getting rich yourself while they don't work nearly as hard as you do.

Now finally the time has come when you have to be self reliant.
